Brianna is the co-owner and High Performance Coach of Geelong Athlete Centre and brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge to her coaching.
She has always been passionate about providing a high-performance training environment for athletes of all levels — from junior through to elite. This vision began when Bri attended the University of Houston on a tennis scholarship to further both her studies and tennis career.
Competing at a high level in tennis gave Bri firsthand experience in the preparation, discipline and commitment required to perform as an athlete, while also exposing her to the culture of collegiate athlete development and elite-level training environments in the United States.
That experience helped shape the vision behind Geelong Athlete Centre — creating a facility where athletes from all sports can train together in a professional, supportive and high-performance environment similar to elite sporting programs.
Alongside her role at GAC, Brianna has been working within the Western Bulldogs AFLW program as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2024. She combines this role with coaching, programming and athlete mentoring at GAC.
With extensive experience across both private and elite sporting environments, Bri is passionate about helping athletes improve performance, build confidence and develop long-term habits for success both in sport and in life.

During high school, Pip excelled in physical education studies and knew that sport performance was a career she wanted to pursue. Since then, Pip plays netball for Barwon Heads as her main sport, and has developed a love for strength and conditioning as both a coach and an athlete.
Completing her placement hours at Geelong Athlete Centre in the final year of her studies, alongside personal trainer work at Jetts gym Ocean Grove, gave her an opportunity to grow and refine her skills as a coach. Pip was a standout during her placement and it was a no brainer to bring her on as a coach at GAC.
To further her knowledge and expertise, Pip has completed her certificate III and IV in fitness, and her level 1 ASCA accreditation, and has recently been accepted into a Masters of Physiotherapy, which she will be starting in 2026.
Growing up in Bendigo, Holly always had a love for everything health and fitness and had a clear ambition to build a career in high-performance sport. Her competitive background in netball and basketball has given her first-hand insight into the discipline, intensity, and physical demands required to perform at a high level, allowing her to better understand athletes’ needs and support their performance.
During her university studies, Holly was fortunate to complete her placement hours with us at Geelong Athlete Centre, where she further developed her coaching skills in an athletic high-performance environment.
To further expand her knowledge, Holly has also completed her ASCA Level 1 accreditation and is excited to continue building her skills and experience here at the GAC!
